Upcoming DJ/songwriter/producer/artist, “IICEMIKE” is a Texas native raised in Dallas, and bred from the sounds of Soul, Jazz, R&B, and 90’s hip hop music. Like most youngsters he pursued a childhood dream of becoming a professional athlete; however, he chose to thrive toward his passion for music. He gives credit to extra-curriculum programs such as art, sports, & music ensembles, which made it possible to stay focused surrounded by high crime as a youth. Despite the challenges, he pursued his passion by obtaining a music degree at South Carolina State University. With ambitions of becoming a businessman, IICEMIKE chose to further explore his talents and business aspirations in the music industry. Since then, he has developed as an innovative songwriter, musician, teacher, disc jockey, and entrepreneur. As a musician he eventually found himself behind the turntables inspired to open a new lane for quality music and celebrations. He models himself after DJ’s such as: DJ DJ Prince ICE, Funk Master Flex, DJ Craze, Jazzy Jeff,Scorpio(Dallas), Texas, and Grandmaster Flash. Starting from backyard parties, the evolution of DJ IICEMIKE has quickly gained recognition on the music scene.

Currently, IICEMIKE is working on new projects and networking in diverse industries. Despite the short life span of good music in today”s music industry, IICEMIKE believes, “Good music never gets old. “ Along with others, he is developing an alternative platform for songwriters, producers, and recording artist to present quality media to the Universe.
